Fye answers with the same role-based access you already have. An employee who cannot see payroll in EmplifyAI cannot see it through Fye. It is enforced on the server, with no separate AI access rules to manage.
Your HR data stays within strict boundaries
Fye interprets requests while EmplifyAI securely computes answers from authorised workspace data. For AI features requiring external processing, only necessary data is shared with approved providers under strict data-protection controls.
An audit trail on every interaction
Every question is written to the platform audit log with who asked, when, and how Fye interpreted it. Each interaction has a trace ID, ready for any security review.
Your review is important
Fye cannot change a record on its own. Any change it prepares is shown as a preview that you review and apply. This means every write needs an explicit human confirmation.
Locked to your workspace
Fye derives your company scope from your signed-in session and is never supplied from outside. Answers only come from your own workspace data.
Asks, instead of guessing
When a question is ambiguous or below Fye’s confidence bar, it asks a clarifying question. Outside its scope or your role, it says so and never invents an answer.
