Fye interprets requests while EmplifyAI checks access and computes answers from authorised workspace records. The app keeps sensitive actions within existing permissions and sends proposed changes through review steps.
Answers are grounded in app records
For supported data questions, the app resolves the employee, time period and source before calculating an answer. Fye asks for clarification when essential details are missing and does not treat a model’s suggestion as permission to access another person’s data.
Changes require a visible review step
Employee updates and department rosters show a preview with Apply or Cancel. Leave, support and announcement requests open the relevant form or composer for the user to check and submit or publish. Fye does not silently finalise these actions.
Activity remains traceable
Fye’s routing and actions are logged for review. Payroll, HR and document workflows retain their own permissions and checks, so an AI conversation does not bypass the controls of the underlying module.

The current workflows keep those decisions with authorised users. Fye can prepare and navigate, while the app’s review and confirmation steps control the change.
